Polypropylene film is a kind of plastic product with light weight, non toxicity, low price, excellent performance, easy molding and wide application. The methods and uses of polypropylene film are as follows.
(1) Polypropylene extrusion blown film is a product with simple production equipment, high production efficiency and low price. It is widely used in food packaging and packaging of textiles and household sundries.
(2) Extrusion casting film is a kind of film with high transparency, good moisture resistance, excellent heat and cold resistance and easy heat sealing. It is mainly used for the packaging of food, textiles and stationery. Its performance is better than polyethylene blow molding film.
(3) Polypropylene casting film can be combined with other kinds of materials, such as paper and aluminum foil, into two or more layers of composite film. When used in the outer layer, polypropylene film is a film with good strength, stable size, barrier, heat and cold resistance and printability; When used in the middle layer, it is a film with good heat sealing, oil resistance and hygiene; When used in the middle layer, it is a film with good gas barrier and can replace cellophane. The composite film can replace tinplate cans and glass cans to package food. When used in food packaging, it can be boiled and sterilized at 130 ℃.
(4) The film stretched after extrusion has high strength and excellent properties. It is widely used in food packaging and various industrial products packaging; In addition, it can also be used as electrical insulating film to replace paper dielectric, strip theory and polycarbonate capacitors, and occupy most of the PS capacitor market; Biaxially stretched film can be used in the packaging of various textiles.
